Something I haven't seen you guys do a video or answer a question on (sorry if it's frowned upon by some) but I strictly scuba spear and was wondering if you had any recommendations on fins. I have exclusively used plastic Cressi Gara 2000 HFs and I'm on the fence about whether I'd notice a significant enough improvement to justify the cost of going with carbons. Do you recommend any specific model you make for this scenario and is harder stiffness always best considering the extra weight they'd be pushing?

Hi I've been trying to find someone local to me that has these fins in any stiffness but I have to order soon. I've looked at your articles and charts but still undecided. I'm 186 cm, 68 kg. Mostly dive anywhere from 4-22 m for spearfishing, occasionally deeper. Would you recommend medium-soft or medium if strictly spearfishing? Thank you! 🙏🏼

Thank you so so much for sharing your story, i suffer from PTSD and depression, freediving not only saved me, it showed me the person i lost and wanted to be so so much again.. Every day i train and every day i heal. Everything you said about leaving all that noise at the surface, i can totally relate too.. my mind and soul was free once again. I would asked anyone suffering from a mental illness try freediving, even if its only a few meters down, do the training and find your self again and be free.. :)
